Laboratory seminar «An integrative proteomics method identifies a regulator of translation during stem cell maintenance and differentiation»
Seminar on the topic: «An integrative proteomics method identifies a regulator of translation during stem cell maintenance and differentiation» will be held on June 30, 2022.
The seminar is devoted to the possibilities of the recently developed approach and the ProteoTracker web-based tool for visualizing changes in the expression and properties of proteins in a cell based on proteomic analysis data and protein stability data obtained using PISA (the proteome-wide integral solubility alteration). Earlier, using this method, laboratory staff as part of an international team of scientists were able to obtain new data on the molecular mechanism of the low rate of protein synthesis in stem cells.
