Seminar on the topic «Regulatory interactions networks usage for building predictive classifiers» will be held on February 25th, 2021
It is planned to discuss new approaches of designing regulatory interactions of microRNA, genes and transcription factors. Methods of iterating the construction of predictive gene combinations for breast cancer, which use vertices of the interactions network, will be examined at the seminar.
