Laboratory seminar 'Modeling the biogenesis of SARS-CoV-2'

On November 29, 2022, a workshop on 'Modeling the biogenesis of SARS-CoV-2' was held at the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology

The workshop included a report with the results of the analysis of existing mathematical models of SARS-CoV-2 virus biogenesis and their accuracy assessment. Considerable attention was paid to the discussion of the array of in vitro data on virus replication rate and its impact on the viability of cell models.
