Laboratory seminar 'Relationship between microRNA expression in the intestinal epithelium and the expression of (+)RNA viruses'

On November 22, 2022, a workshop was held at the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology on 'The Relationship of MicroRNA Expression in the Intestinal Epithelium with the Expression of (+)RNA of Viruses'.

The seminar addressed the importance of microRNAs in the mechanisms of antiviral immunity, as well as their influence on the evolution of (+)RNA viruses. A report with the results of an analysis of the effects of more than two years of pandemic on the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome and the possible role of microRNAs in virus evolution was presented.
