Evgeny Knyazev and Maxim Shkurnikov Featured as Experts in AST Publishing's "The New Tomorrow" on the Future of Oncology, Immunotherapy, and Longevity
AST Publishing House has released "The New Tomorrow: How We Will Live, Learn, and Work in the Future," whose first chapter, "How Will We Be Treated?," draws on interviews with HSE University researchers. Among the experts featured are Evgeny N. Knyazev, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology at the HSE Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, who discussed personalized oncology, cancer immunotherapy, and tumor-on-a-chip technology, and Maxim Y. Shkurnikov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty and Head of the Laboratory of Longevity Research Mechanisms, who explained the promise of molecular blood-based diagnostics.

From 9 to 11 July 2026, the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow hosted the XIV All-Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies, bringing together more than a thousand participants from 75 Russian regions and 12 foreign countries. Evgeny Knyazev, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology at the HSE University Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, took part in the Congress, also serving as Deputy Chair of the Council of Young Scientists of the State Research Center Shemyakin-Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry RAS.
Evgeny Knyazev Featured in "The Faces of Science" — Portrait Exhibition of Leading Russian Scientists Opened at SPIEF
Evgeny N. Knyazev, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology at the HSE University Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, has been included in the fifth season of "The Faces of Science" — Russia's major portrait exhibition dedicated to scientists behind breakthrough discoveries. Evgeny Knyazev was selected as a laureate of the Moscow Government Award for Young Scientists; the opening ceremony took place on 5 June 2026 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
